Oakland Mediation Center has an exceptional opportunity for individuals or businesses needing affordable room rental space in a prestigious setting. Meeting room rental includes: Coffee, water; free parking; pay-per-use access to long-distance, toll-free numbers, copy machine, postage machine, fax machine and copier use; larger rooms can accommodate up to 20 people.

A deposit for the minimum three hours should be mailed along with this application. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Oakland Mediation Center. Should the allotted time be exhausted, additional used time shall be collected on the day of service. (Visa and Mastercard are accepted as form or payment).

HOW TO BOOK MEETING ROOMS

Complete the Application For Use of Facility and Rental Agreement and mail to our office along with payment.
Signed rental agreements and full payment are due a minimum of 15 days prior to your event. If you are booking a room for a date less than 15 days away, the signed rental agreement and full payment is due to hold the room.
Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received the signed rental agreement and full payment. If we have not received your signed sheet and deposit within 15 days of your scheduled event we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
The payment of the rooms are non-refundable.
